若想勝任客房預訂這項工作，英語口語必須良好，否則極易造成錯訂、漏訂等重大工作失誤，給客人入住帶來極大不便。

1.慣用口語句子：
Good morning, Great Wall Hotel Reservation.
早上好，長城飯店預訂處。

酒店服務員在接電話時，除使用問候語句外，還應主動報出所在酒店名稱及部門，以便對方知道打對了電話。

本句比「What's your name?」更加委婉、禮貌。

這裡的plus是介詞，表達的意思是「加上…」。
