其中 idiomatic vocabulary 就是我們所講的動詞片語。其實沒必要用得太多，在整個十幾分鐘裡，我們只需用那麼 6-7 個地方，就基本上達到要求了。下面是我們常見的、 也是學過的動詞片語，把它們學起來吧!

❄ Look 的常用片語：
look up … in 查找 
look back to/ upon 回顧 
look upon…as 把… 看作 
look forward to 期待 
look through 流覽; 看穿 
take on a new look 呈現新面貌

❄ Concentrate 的常用片語： 
concentrate on 專心… 
concentrate one’s mind on 專心於…

❄ Surprise 常用片語： 
in surprise 驚訝地 
to one’s surprise 使某人驚訝的是

❄ Trouble 的常用片語： 
have much trouble / no trouble (in) doing 在…有/沒有困難 
take great trouble to do 不辭辛勞做某事

be in (great) trouble 惹麻煩;處在困境中 
help sb. out of trouble 幫某人擺脫困境

come to an end……結束 
put an end to 結束…… 
in the end 終於; 最後 
end up (by) doing…以……結束 
make both ends meet 收支相抵

❄ 表示“導致”、“由…引起”的片語：

by far (最高級前,比較級後)起強調作用

❄ Distance 常用片語： 
in the distance 在遠處 
from/ at a distance 從遠處 
keep sb. at a distance

❄ Use 常用片語： 
used to do 過去曾經、常做 
be used to doing …習慣於…… 
be used to do 被用來做…… 
make good/ full use of 充分利用…… 
come into use 開始使用…… 
it is no use doing …做……沒有用
