一、明確告知選項個數
隨便翻一道多選題，閱讀它的題目指令，就會發現任何一道多選都不會藏頭露尾，它總是很坦然地告訴你，你要選2個，或者3個，或者4個…

二、選項數對應題量
雅思考試不但直接告訴你選幾個，而且更NICE的是每個選項都是一道題，所以只要你選對一個，就可以得到一個勾。比如上面例1是選THREE，所以給到的 題號是1-3；例2是選FIVE, 所以給到題號14-18.而且，每道題都會有個NB(請注意)，很溫馨地提示你，Your answers may be given in any order.也就是說，在這幾個題號中，你只要選到對的選項填上對的字母即可。
三、正確答案相對集中
關於多選題的解答，還有至關重要的一點是它有針對性的範圍，從來沒有一道多選是要看完全文才能做的，所以我們說，多選題的正確答案，一般集中在1-2段。
如上例2，題目指令說：

Which FIVE of these beliefs are reported by the writer of the text?
考生應當根據提示，去文中尋找描述“popular beliefs”的段落：

這個時候，考生應該果段使用SKIM跳讀法，每段看個開頭一兩句，基本就能定位到段落。

1. 題幹中能用以定位的資訊只有這一句：

而題中唯一可定位的詞Johnson's Dictionary又剛好是本篇文章的大標題，因此有考生以為這組多選是要看全文的，但是我們若留意選項，會發現所以選項都是針對Dictionary的，所以只要尋找到直接描述Dictionary相關資訊的段落即可。

四、按文章順序答題
最後一點，找到題目所對應的段落之後，應按文章順序答題。因為選項無序，且有一些選項是混淆項。但是文章內容多，選項多，怎樣才能有條理地篩選而不至於大 腦容量不夠，則應採取以下原則：每看原文一到兩句，到選項中篩選一次，把能選的選出，能排的排掉，然後再讀一到兩句，再進行一次排選。以此類推，直至選到 全部選項。
當然，如果考生腦容量較大，則可以選閱讀選項，記住每個選項關鍵字，然後對原文相應段落進行掃讀，對於踩點的原句進行細讀，沒有踩點的句子則迅速帶過。如此，也能順利解決多選題。方法可以因人而異，只要將其特點牢記於心，則萬變不離其宗，問題便可迎刃而解！
