這兩個好像有點歧義，網路上普遍寫答案是Ａ 可是這個Ａ：because of the economy's continued strength感覺怪怪的.....

林熙老師：Definitely A! "Since... be raised" tells us that you need the past participle 過去分詞, NOT 簡單過去式, so you must use "have been predicting", and NOT "predicted". It couldn't be "had predicted" either, because it says "the economy continues strong", so it must be "have been predicting". It's not finished yet.

康老師：這題PP3-2-172 有正解的：A。 句首SINCE，就像上課提醒的，一定要多注意時間副詞，很常考時態。有SINCE，自然(B)的 predicted 要改為 have been predicting for weeks (加入ving 表強調持續這動作一段時間哦)
