✠ 平時和顏悅色，不太會高聲跟別人說話的人，他們並不是真的沒有脾氣，只是他們沒有遇到忍不可忍的事情而已。這樣的人在爆發的時候，往往有種不怒自威的氣場。
Caps lock voice refers to the authoritative and raised tone used by a normally calm and quiet person when he/she has had enough of someone or something. It is the equivalent to using the caps lock key in the digital world to show your strong emotion.
Caps lock voice指平時冷靜沉默的人在對某人或某事忍無可忍的時候轉而採用的一種提高了音調且頗有威懾力的說話語調，這種方式相當於在網上聊天時用全部大寫的方式表達自己激烈情緒，所以，就叫“大寫鎖定語調”。
我們來看兩個例句：
Sara tried to get an attitude with me yesterday and I had to turn on my caps lock voice and put her in check.
昨天Sara想跟我耍脾氣來著，我只好轉用我的大寫鎖定聲調把她壓下去。
Chris was being run over at work, so Jason told him it was time to turn on his caps lock voice.
Chris在單位被同事各種碾壓，Jason跟他說他應該換個態度跟他們相處了。
✠ 我們人類作為社會動物，在不同的場合、面對不同的人，說話用不同的語調都是很正常的。我們再來看生活中經常會用到的兩種語調。
People voice is the voice that someone uses when talking to strangers or people they are not familiar with. This voice is automatically happy, nicer and sweeter than their normal voice. It is often with a higher pitch. This is often the voice people use when answering a phone call or when working in retails.
“生人語調”指人們在跟陌生人或者自己不太熟悉的人說話時使用的語調。這種語調一般都不自覺地比正常語調要顯得快樂、更友好也更甜美，而且聲調通常也比較高。人們在接電話或者在零售業工作的時候會用這種語調說話。
Girlfriend voice refers to the change in pitch or tone of a man's voice when talking to their significant other. The girlfriend voice is characterized by a higher pitch and a more effeminate tone with speech patterns scattered with pet names and childish words.
“女友專用調”指男士在跟自己的另一半說話時聲調和語氣上的變化。這種變化主要體現為：聲調提高、語調更顯溫柔，並且不時夾雜著各種愛稱和幼稚的語言。
