♞1. flip flopper 改變立場的人，政策騎牆派
“flip-flop”是“平底人字拖”，但“flip flopper”這個詞卻與拖鞋沒有任何關係，而是指“騎牆派，反復無常者，改變立場的人”。在表示“翻轉、突然轉變”意義時，“flip-flop”屬於美式說法，其對應的英式說法為“U-turn”。2004年美國大選小布希對陣克裡時，“flip flopper”一詞被用的最多，克裡在許多議題中被指是“flip flopper”。
