【獨立寫作解題步驟】
1.精準理解題目
兩個公司提供兩個報酬相當的工作，一個公司提供很多有趣、有挑戰的項目，但是假期很少；另一個公司的崗位看上去沒什麼趣味和挑戰，但是假期更多。你更喜歡哪一個工作？為什麼？
2.找出關鍵詞，進行頭腦風暴
1)Job
思考：人們為什麼要工作？工作可以給人帶來什麼？
參考答案：人們工作不僅僅為了生活，同時也可以結識更多的人，包括有共同興趣愛好的朋友，甚至自己的另一半；工作也可以一個人的能力，包括專業的業務能力，也包括與人相處，處理事情的社交能力，溝通能力等；工作也可以使人實現自身價值，在工作中找到滿足感，收穫自信與快樂。
2)Interesting and challenging projects
思考1：有趣、有挑戰的項目對人有什麼好處？
參考答案：有趣的項目可以使人快樂，不僅接觸的內容自己感興趣，一起工作的人也會與自己擁有共同話題，容易相處；有挑戰的項目可以鍛鍊人各方面的能力。
思考2：簡單沒有挑戰的項目對人有什麼好處？
參考答案：不必每天為了工作過於費神，可以更有時間做自己想做的事，比如看書，運動等。
3)Vacation days
思考：假期時人們可以做什麼？對人有什麼好處？
參考答案：假期可以外出旅遊，有利於增廣見聞；可以和朋友，家庭聚會，交流趣聞，拉近關係。
3.形成分論點
Interesting and challenging projects：
1)工作中有挑戰的項目可以提高我各方面的能力，對未來的工作生活都很有好處。
2)工作中有趣的項目可以讓人保持樂觀的心情。
More vacation days：
1)容易的工作可以使人每天有更多的時間做自己的事。
2)更多的假期提供我們與朋友和家人更多聚會的機會。
【範文】
Decision regarding the jobs is of undeniable importance because the type and intensity of the work not only determine with which domain people will keep close contact in the future several years to say the least, also leave stamps on people’s lifestyle. With laborious work, should it be also repetitive, people tend to be dull after work, yet they might maintain energetic with an exhausting but interesting project. From my perspective, between jobs with many interesting and challenging projects and that offering more vacation days, I incline to the former because it benefits my future development and also my mood.
Firstly, interesting and challenging projects are valuable for people’s development. Fresh from the schools, the freshmen of the job might have plenty of information from the textbooks but little about how to handle the real problems. In addition, these fresh school graduates, with their heads pulled out of the books and papers days ago, might not adapt to the communications with various kinds of people. How to talk with their colleagues, their leaders, their partners in collaboration, even they might not be familiar with how to knock off the price at the market since they are let off all the chores to stay focus on the schoolwork. Therefore, were these inexperienced people subject challenging projects frequently, not only their professional skills related to the work, also their social skills including speaking with others could be trained and improved. As a result, better wage and condition are beckoning thanks to the groomed profession levels, and being sophisticated wins people better relationship amid the neighborhoods. Conversely, were the job beginners fulfilled with painless work, hardly could they make notable progress even after years, and that could be lamentable since their personal development will fall into stagnation right after the graduation.
Besides, working in interesting projects infuses activity to people’s mind. Usually mentally it is the repetitive work drains people the most quickly but labors with interesting projects tend to be optimistic. For example, the attendants and the cooks might share the similar working time, and dishing up meals for the customers might not be as difficult as the preparation of tempting dishes from raw materials. However, never will people who are interested in cooking give up their post as cook but turn to do the job of attendants, because the cooks could be creative rather than monotonous and they find preparing dishes interesting even with treating the same cuisine several times each day since each time the time of cooking as well as the amount and type of the seasonings could be finely adjusted.
To draw a conclusion, I prefer the job with interesting and challenging projects rather than more vacations since it is beneficial to the various skills and also it heads off the dullness of repeating. (468words)
