同學詢問：請問英文強者～一句英文文法結構：Funerals were kept short to minimize the time people spent together. Just as had been the case during The Black Death, there were not enough coffins or grave diggers to bury all the dead.
在第二句話裡面的"Just as had been...."是甚麼義的結構？感覺好像在had been前面少了甚麼?@@
其實跟其他英文老師討論好久，可是大家看法都不一樣，我現在已經蒐集了三種看法，但是都找不到確切的文法可以support他們的說法..
