Steps to restore a bay and its marine animals。
閱讀：有三種方式
(1) 禁止捕撈螃蟹，曾經striped bass數量下降就限制抓捕，於是數量回升。
(2) 引進亞洲oysters which are resistant to diseases，因為當地的crabs are vulnerable to diseases。
(3) 希望農民可以減少化肥的使用。
聽力：反駁
(1) 雖然對於禁捕striped bass行得通，因為那是for fun，但是設定catch crab limits行不通，因為漁民需要crabs for the living，限制捕撈後果嚴重，漁民不會接受。
(2) 有可能會帶來新的diseases，我們不知道後果的情況下，這種作法風險太大。
(3) 但是C Bay covers很多公里，並且隸屬於六個不同的州，如果只教育當地農民效果有限。
