讓步段：Some students may show disagreement with the policy by presenting a reason that they already are taking various classes and the corresponding assignment would cost a lot of energy, so an extra class especially a public speaking class which requires many preparations to do presentations in front of a great number of people would give much pressure. However, compared to high school period, most college students actually have sufficient spare time to take more classes, as long as they could arrange the study plan well. In fact, taking public speaking class would be beneficial for all fields of students.
