1. 如果打電話的人非常熟悉，可以說：

Is there anything else I can do for you?
還有什麼我可以幫忙的嗎？

2. 如果你認識對方的家人，不妨加上這樣的問候：

Say hello to your folks.
請代我向你的家人問好。

3. 如果你答應給別人傳話，可以說：

Then I'll make sure he（she）gets your message.
我一定會轉達您的話給他（她）。

4.如果你突然有插撥，可以說：

Sorry, I must end the conversation. There's someone on the other line.
抱歉，我不能再說了。我還有另外一通電話要接。

Shall we continue this later? I've got a call waiting.
我們可不可以晚一點再繼續聊？我這邊有個電話打進來了。

5.如果你覺得繼續講下去會打擾到對方，可以這麼說：

I think I'd better let you go. I'll talk to you later.
我想我應該讓你去忙了，我晚點再打給你。

I won't keep you any longer.
我不耽誤你時間了。

6.如果你覺得已經聊太晚了，可以說：

It's kind of late. Why don't we talk about it tomorrow?
有點晚了。我們何不明天再談呢?

Sorry, it's getting late. Can you call again tomorrow morning?
抱歉，時候不早了。你可不可以明天早上再打來?

7. 如果是你的客戶，也可以使用一些慣用的客套話，比如：

Thank you for calling.
謝謝您打電話來。

Nice talking to you.
很高興與你通話。

Hope to see you again soon.
希望近日還能見面。
